STUDENT HOUSE

The project was a rehabilitation of a 4th story building into a Student Housing to cope with the growing demand in Lisbon. The ground floor restaurant was converted in a communal area while the upper floors only comprehend the bedrooms and bathrooms.

It is located in the neighbourhood called Nossa Senhora de Fátima. It belongs to the neighbourhood called Bairro do Rego which was built in order to relocate the population from Vale de Alcântara when the 25st of April bridge was built.
